Job Description:

Note: This role will be a purely managerial position with 6-8 direct reports.

FIPBET team within the FI Technology organization is looking for a strong leader who blends technology and business expertise with a passion for coaching and leading teams. This position requires a talented leader and collaborator, who demonstrates analytical thinking, active listening, and champions continuous improvement. The Expertise & Skills You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree, advanced graduate degree a plus.
• IT Project & Portfolio Management Skills: Experience and working knowledge of Agile technology development methodologies.
• Demonstrated Collaboration & Influence: Ability to proactively seek out and collaborate with critical business and systems partners to ensure tight integration and coordination of development and delivery.
• Written and Oral Communication/Presentation Skills: Comfortable creating documentation and presenting to business and technical management teams.
• Talent Management Experience: Experience mentoring and coaching software development team members, motivating top talent. Experience coaching and leading cross-functional teams, providing leadership and technical expertise.
• Innovation Mindset and Creativity Skills: Encourages others to look at problems and processes in new ways and champions continuous improvement.

• Communication Skills: Strong communication and facilitation skills across large cross-functional groups.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
