FIDELITY MANUFACTURING is part of the backup Power Generation Industry. We design and build back up power packages (to include tanks and enclosures) for large and small health, industrial, and technology-oriented businesses that cannot have a power lapse at any time.
Job Summary
The Team Lead will be responsible for monitoring electricians on the installation of electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment.
Essential Job Functions
- Assist Electrical Packaging Supervisor with all day-to-day operations pertaining to electrical assembly.
- Complete and make wiring repairs and must follow the National Electric Code and comply with State and local building codes.
- Communicate effectively with support personnel about work-related problems, performance expectations, and business needs
Education and Experience
One-two years related experience and/or training in electrical field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Equipment/Machinery Used
Forklift, Tape Measure, Hand Tools
Required Qualifications/Training
- Background check and pre-employment drug screening required
- Leadership, interpersonal and motivational skills
- Must have a strong sense of urgency, be time-sensitive and highly motivated
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with personnel of other departments
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications and work instructions
- Knowledge of various conduit installations, EMT, rigid, flex, etc.
- Know correct code requirements for wire sizing
Please note: All employees must also be able to work in a warehouse setting that includes exposure to noise, all weather conditions, small levels of airborne particles and occasionally lift more than 50-75lbs.
