What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify new opportunities for HVAC Service Agreements
- Conduct site visits and assess customer needs to recommend tailored Service Agreements
- Meet and exceed sales goals by providing proactive, world-class service
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales achievements in the commercial HVAC industry or related field
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and service agreements
- Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- High School diploma or equivalent

Wage Range:
- Base Salary of $60,000 to $90,000 plus an uncapped commission structure with immediate earning potential
- Commesurate with experience. This range represents a general guideline; however, a number of factors are considered when determining base pay offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the role and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
