What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at Fidelity National Title?
The purpose of this role is to drive the organization's efforts to enhance its market share and revenue performance by effectively leveraging FNF's distinctive value, managing competitor and market threats and skillfully executing its core sales principles and skills.
General Responsibilities:Utilize industry, market and customer insight, sales strategies, and professional skills to attain profitable relationships with prospective customers; increase the organization’s wallet share amongst existing customers and save vulnerable relationships.
Monitor and manage select customer performance standards to ensure the organization achieves its profitability benchmark.
Complete tasks and/or special projects, at the request of area and divisional management.
Customer Focus: Actively works to gain loyalty throughout the customer’s organization by understanding and providing on-going advice relevant to the influencer and decision maker’s common objectives and challenges and understanding and relating to the influencer and decision maker’s respective value and economic drivers.
Strategic Perspective: Possesses a broad understanding of the organization and the customer’s organization within the context of four critical perspectives, including financial performance, customer expectations, internal processes, and innovation.
Forward Thinking: Anticipates the implications and consequences of situations and takes appropriate action to be prepared for possible contingencies.
