The nation's largest title and escrow insurance company has an exciting opportunity as an Escrow Processor. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. We are committed to financial strength, experience, and expertise for our customers and clients to close their transactions with confidence and peace of mind. We are looking for a self-motivated individual to work with our realtor and lender client base. The job role is customer facing and requires excellent customer service and communication skills. The candidate must have the ability to multi tasks and be highly efficient.
Responsibilities include the Following:
- Clear title by resolving title defects, satisfying liens and encumbrances against the parties or property.
- Properly deposit funds in escrow accounts and maintain proper accounting procedures.
- Satisfy all title lender, contract and title requirements by obtaining proper documentation and collection of fees associated
- Review all documents including HOA status letters, tax certificates, final water reports, POA’s and other requirements prior to closing.
- Schedule closing with customers
- Process lender requests and updates to title
- Respond in a timely, professional and courteous manner to any customer inquiries
- Complies with regulatory requirements by adhering, and enforcing adherence, to requirements.
Skill and Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- 1 years of previous closing or title experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy and detail oriented
- Learning and Growth Ability - you enjoy and excel at learning new information or skills
- Organized - you put processes into comprehensible order and execute in an efficient manner
- Adaptable and Flexible - you maintain focus and positive attitude amidst change or under pressure
