Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Escrow Processor, located in East Lansing, MI. The Escrow Processor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the escrow process, including handling closings, preparing documents, and coordination with all parties involved in the transactions. Day-to-day tasks will involve working with residential real estate transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing Closings and Escrow processes
- Notary certification and ability to complete notarizations
- Knowledge and experience in Residential Real Estate transactions
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with escrow and title software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent, with further education in real estate or related fields preferred
