We are currently seeking a full time employee who is a positive, motivated and enthusiastic individual to serve as a Marketing Specialist in our busy corporate office location. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with all departments within the company, including the elite members of our Sales Team.
Job Duties
The Marketing Specialist responsibilities include assisting processing requests from all departments within our organization including organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies, assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success along with technical requests for escrow & graphic design; employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, website, rankings, etc.).
This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.
Responsibilities
· Support of all departments within the company
· Daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities including managing the departments email inbox to facilitate organizing tasks and sending to the appropriate parties
· Support marketing executives in organizing various projects and providing materials
· Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
· Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success; Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
· Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
· Communicate directly with clients (internal & external) in a professional manner and encourage trusting relationships
· Support and train sales executives on how to effectively use the marketing resources
· Create forms and landing pages to support acquisition and engagement marketing programs and create email marketing campaigns & tracking KPI’s
· Perform research, analysis, and interpretation of data to generate compelling internal and external customer insights.
· Analytical skills and ability to synthesize information quickly

Job Requirements
- Experience in Graphic Design
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Experience & enjoyment for creative marketing campaigns, working with WordPress, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to articulate challenges and to anticipate and solve problems
- Works with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to prioritize, organize, and execute incoming tasks/requests
- Ability to meet/manage deadlines with consistent follow-through & work effectively
- Enjoys working in partnership or on a team
- Social media campaigns & driving engagement as well as growing followings in groups, business pages, personal pages
- Creates and implements strategies on all social media platforms with corporate direction
- Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
Qualification
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor’s degree OR 5 years’ experience
- 3-5 years of Marketing or relevant field experience
- Very strong written & verbal communication skills, and high-level grammatical and editing skills
- Ability to track success of efforts
- Experience with email marketing automation
- Social media experience across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Experience with social media automation as well as Clubhouse, TikTok & Snapchat are a plus but not required
- Proficiency with calculating percentages & organizing data, WordPress, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Suite.
