Overview:The Sales Executive is responsible for developing relationships with new and existing clients to increase sales in the title insurance industry. The territory covered is Utah, Salt Lake or Davis County. If relationships for sales opportunities exist outside specified area, then additional area would be available.Duties:
- Develop leads and sales opportunities and follow through with defined sales plan including telephone calls, written communication, and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain CRM database and comply with company policies and procedures with regard to the CRM and solicitation of accounts.
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and services, as well as competitors’ products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and existing customers in the territory to generate new business for the organization.
- Maintain an updated target list of prospective, qualified customers in CRM and monitor progress in converting from prospective to current customers.
- Attend networking events and functions, some after hours events.
- Ability to work independently.
Education:
- UT Marketing Title license needed within 60 days of hire. (Training materials will be provided.)
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
- Sales experience is not required, however, knowledge about the real estate industry is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license required along proof of current auto insurance.

REQUIREMENTS:
Effective time management.
- Plan and organize sales activities/educational classes.
- Set and achieve sales goals.
- Attend sales seminars and training.
Self-starter and motivated to work hard to grow their book of business and the company’s market share in Utah. Ability to network and communicate well in writing and verbally. Listening and responding skills needed. Customer services skills to help identify needs of clients, problem solve. Flexible team member working with escrow, title and other sales staff.
