- Pay Rate: Rate may vary due to local or non-local contracted rates: $70-$75/hr combined Rate of pay. (Pay packages are a combination of taxable hourly rates, tax free allowances for travel, housing, and meal allowances) (Rates are subject to change via client need)

- Assessing patients: NICU nurses evaluate patients' conditions, take vital signs, and document symptoms and medical histories
- Administering treatments: NICU nurses provide treatments to help patients recover and prevent infection, such as administering medications, setting up IVs, and performing diagnostic tests
- Monitoring patients: NICU nurses monitor patients' fluid intake and output, and watch for changes in their condition
- Responding to emergencies: NICU nurses respond to medical emergencies and call doctors when needed
- Collaborating with the care team: NICU nurses work with doctors, specialists, and other medical professionals to create and implement care plans
- Educating patients and families: NICU nurses provide information and support to patients and their families
- Managing wounds: NICU nurses treat wounds and help bedridden patients change positions to prevent sores
- Maintaining records: NICU nurses maintain detailed patient records and manage reports
