- Pay Rate : Rate may vary due to local or non-local contracted rates : $55-65 combined Rate of pay. ( Pay packages are a combination of taxable hourly rates, tax free allowances for travel, housing, and meal allowances) ( Rates are subject to change via client need)

1.General job duties. Types of procedures required.
2.Equipment utilized in the unit / dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)
Computerized charting, automatic & manual blood pressure, oral & tympanic thermometer, automatic & manual weight scale, pulse oximeter, wall & tank oxygen, document scanner, and fax machine.
3.Required skills and minimum years of experience.
Patient assessment and documentation. 2 year's experience required with experience in radiation oncology preferred.
4.Specific licensures and certifications / registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)
Employee must have an active nurse license to practice in Illinois as well as a current CPR certification.
5.Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?)
8am-4 : 30pm flex as needed based on patient volume.
6.Floating to other units / departments. (If so, to which units / departments?)
7.Bed size / number of rooms for this unit / dept.
Outpatient office.
8.Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only)

Scrubs and lab jacket
10.Tell us about the unit / department specific training and orientation program.
Training is done on-site and on-the-job. This is achieved with shadowing a nurse followed by hands-on assessing and documentation until comfortable with working alone. Another nurse is always available for assistance; usually in-person or at least by phone.
Salary : $55 - $65
