Pay Rate: Rate may vary due to local or non-local contracted rates: $50-$55/hr combined Rate of pay. (Pay packages are a combination of taxable hourly rates, tax free allowances for travel, housing, and meal allowances) (Rates are subject to change via client need)

RRT/RESPIRATORY THERAPIST JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assessing patients:Interviewing patients and reviewing their medical records
- Diagnosing conditions:Assisting with diagnosing breathing disorders and lung conditions
- Developing treatment plans:Consulting with physicians to determine the best treatment options
- Performing tests:Administering pulmonary function tests and taking blood samples
- Treating patients:Performing procedures to clear airways, delivering aerosolized medications, and initiating ventilatory support
- Educating patients:Teaching patients and their families about breathing disorders and lung diseases
- Managing equipment:Ensuring that equipment is ready to use and functioning properly
- Monitoring patients:Recording patients' progress and watching over them to ensure they are breathing smoothly
- Working with a team:Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Documenting:Performing accurate documentation in the patient's medical record
