- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship Required.
- Clearance Requirements: Tier 1 Background Investigation National Agency Check with Law
- and Credit Check and fingerprints. (Standard Form 85).
- Estimated Compensation: $17.75 to 22.68 per year (Negotiable based on experience)
- Type of Employment: 40 hours per week.
- Performance Period: 28 September 2025 27 September 2030

Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in applying and troubleshooting Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of military protocol and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Be able to speak, write, and understand the English language fluently.
- Possess basic communication skills suitable for a professional environment.
- Dress in appropriate business attire while performing the contract.
- Duties will include, but are not limited to, administration, clerical tasks, typing, filing, phone answering, and computer assistance.
- Provide administrative support in delivering services to promote children and family
- functioning to Service Members and their families.
- Establishes and maintains files according to the Army Record Information Management System (ARIMS), containing collected data, computer-generated results by unit, copies of all risk reduction-related actions, and the Client Tracking System.
- Handle routine telephone calls, provide general information such as office location, class times, and office hours, and take and send messages as needed.
- Assists the Army Community Service (ACS), Family Advocacy Program (FAP) with preparing briefing material and scheduling command briefings.
- Issues films and other training materials from the ACS/FAP resource library to clients.
- Updates the list of installation commanders every quarter.
- Design, coordinate, and collect specified risk factor data from participating agencies by the 10th working day of each new month.
- Creates and inputs data into the database for tracking FAP training and command briefings.
- Collects and analyzes staff data collected in ACS/FAP needs assessment every month.
- Prepare graphics to support the collected data.
- Researched training materials and promotion items to order and prepare purchase requests for ordering to support FAP.
- Schedule briefings and meetings. Prepare agendas, records, and minutes.
- Screen and conduct intake for clients requesting assistance with the Family Advocacy program.
- Provide and aid in the coordination and administration of ACS FAP.
- Assist in maintaining a comprehensive resource directory of military and civilian education and related support services within a forty-mile radius of the installation.
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and maintaining data from ACS management systems for planning and reporting purposes in accordance with governing program guidance.
- Coordinate with Marketing to create flyers for special events, seminars, training sessions, and informational brochures.
- Assists in providing information on the Family Advocacy services and resources, class instruction briefings, and the registration process.
- Schedule appointments for eligible Service and Family members and provide information on the necessary documents before clients' appointments.
- Complete intake and assessments of initial service requests, documenting information on the intake sheet. The Contractor will input client intake information into the ACS Client Tracking System (CTS).
