- Clearance Requirements : National Background Check with Inquiries, Fingerprints and
- Drug Screen.
- T ype of Employment : Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
- E s t imate Pay : $36.84 / hour.
- P aid Time Off per Year : Up to 80-hours per year, occurring on day one.
- S i ck Leave per Year : Up to 56-hours per year, occurring on day one.
- P aid Federal Holidays : Eleven (11) Paid Federal Holidays
W orking Hours
The Dental Hygienist will normally work from Monday through Friday from 6 : 30am to 3 : 00pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. The Dental Hygienist will not work more than 40 hours a week.
Su mm ary of Duties
The Dental Hygienist will be responsible for personal health care needs and costs associated with exposure, or possible exposure to any blood borne pathogen or other risk encountered during performance of their Duties.
Qualifications
Attire
The Dental Hygienist is expected to wear professional clothing while on duty (scrub uniforms are approved). The attire worn shall also be appropriate for the correctional environment in which the contractor will be performing. The Dental Hygienist is prohibited from wearing khaki or green clothing of any type as this is the color clothing the Adults in Custody (AIC) population wear.
