Job Summary:
This position is responsible for promoting Fidelity Powers’ value proposition to new and existing commercial and industrial customers by providing business and technical solutions. We are looking for a dynamic individual to drive service contract sales growth by maximizing our service sales potential, service revenue, and developing strategic opportunities and offerings.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, customer relations, and closing skills to build and manage long-term customer relationships/partnerships. Successful sales experience in related industries, such as commercial electrical contracting or electrical power generation, is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Visit sites and meet with customers and/or vendors to evaluate the project for pricing.
- Process service, sales, or generator quotes.
- Meet service contract sales targets and achieve year-over-year growth.
- Increase presence in the market as a generator service contract provider.
- Draft detailed and professional proposals for potential clients virtually or in person.
- Call on new and aging service quotes to obtain customer commitment.
- Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Identify and combat market shifts and maintain awareness of competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and old client bases.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- 3 years of related sales experience
- Power Generation or Electrical Contract experience preferred
- Must have the ability to legally operate Motor Vehicle with a clean driving record
