Fidelity Power Systems, one of the nation's largest distributors of Kohler Generators and Power Systems, is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to join our growing team operating at our Seaford, DE office!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Contact – Serve as the point of contact for all inbound and outbound customer service requests, navigating and troubleshooting situations in real-time.
- Technician Management – Dispatch service technicians operating out of the office in a strategic and effective manner, allowing for optimal service coverage.
- Sourcing - In conjunction with the Parts Department, finding spare parts and vendors to support generator service operations for routine operations.
- Managing inventory – Oversee the inventory of raw materials and other goods in a collocated warehouse.
- Tracking - Tracking and recording orders, and monitoring order expenses.
- Ensuring quality - Ensuring that all products and materials meet company standards and are received and placed in the proper inventory location.
- Determining replacement parts - Determining which replacement parts are required based on inspections, customer requests, or descriptions of malfunctions.
- Preparing documents - Checking tenders and purchase order documents.
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Reliable and accountable nature.
- Excellent attitude and commitment to superior customer service.
- Strong and proven communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated sound problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent command of MS Office products, specifically Excel.
- Knowledge of Generator equipment and parts preferred.
- Ability to maintain routine that ensures daily, weekly, monthly tasks are performed in a timely manner.
