The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design. 15 years of proven experience in corporate real estate, interior design and space planning at a strategic level is preferred. In-depth knowledge of interior architecture/design, building systems, and construction processes. Familiarity with evolving workplace strategies and technologies. Skilled in handling project complexities, with a knack for anticipating and resolving design/delivery issues. Confirmed experience coordinating consultants across various trades, including architects, engineers, and interior design specialists. Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Bluebeam, and InDesign. Strong communicator, capable of influencing team members to align with a shared vision. Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams. Experienced in budget, scheduling, and scope management. Certifications: Category: Real Estate Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences.
