Drive Creative Solutions: Generate preliminary design concepts and recommendations that set the stage for project approval and budgeting. Ensure Excellence: Lead all aspects of design from concept to completion, ensuring that design intent is met with meticulous attention to detail and technical compliance. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design. 15 years of proven experience in corporate real estate, interior design and space planning at a strategic level is preferred. In-depth knowledge of interior architecture/design, building systems, and construction processes. Familiarity with evolving workplace strategies and technologies. Skilled in handling project complexities, with a knack for anticipating and resolving design/delivery issues. Confirmed experience coordinating consultants across various trades, including architects, engineers, and interior design specialists. Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Bluebeam, and InDesign. Strong communicator, capable of influencing team members to align with a shared vision. Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams. Experienced in budget, scheduling, and scope management.
