The Role

This role involves solving technical issues, ensuring application stability, maintaining TLM items and collaborating with development and operation support teams to maintain high availability and performance standards.
The Value You Deliver
The Senior Software Engineer(.NET) will :
- Providing Application Support - Monitor, maintain, and provide support for .NET applications in production and test environments. Identify, analyze, and resolve application issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient performance.
- Providing Incident Management support - Respond to and resolve incidents within defined SLAs, Document and track issues using incident management tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
- Maintaining TLM hygiene of the applications by collaborating with Chapter lead, Squad lead, QA engineers, and business partners to address prioritized TLM items on time.
- Collaborating with infrastructure support team on release deployments and support.
