Job Description: Chapter Leader – FI OSG Intermediary Servicing The Fidelity Institutional (FI) Digital Solutions team within the FIPBE Technology organization is looking for a strategic leader who blends technology and business expertise with a passion for coaching and leading teams. Our organization is growing, and this position is needed to support a new product offering. This position requires a talented leader and collaborator, who demonstrates analytical thinking, active listening, and champions continuous improvement. You will be part of a dynamic team that builds and supports a wide array of best-in-class trading and operational platforms developed in partnership with the OSG Client Services team. The Expertise You Have IT Project & Portfolio Management Skills: Experience and working knowledge of agile technology development methodologies. Demonstrated Collaboration Experience: Ability to proactively seek out and collaborate with critical business and systems partners, across multiple business units and geographical locations to ensure tight integration and coordination of development and delivery. Written and Oral Communication/Presentation Skills: Comfortable creating documentation and presenting to senior business partners and technical management teams. IT Talent Management Experience: Experience mentoring and coaching development team members. Innovation Mindset and Creativity Skills: Encourages others to look at problems and processes in new ways and champions continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field. Advanced graduate degree a plus.
