Job Description: Vice-President, Growth Strategy Lead Fidelity’s Emerging Business unit solves some of America’s most pressing issues head on. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated VP, Growth Strategy Lead to join our Student Debt Product Area. You will lead a team of strategists to drive growth for our first-to-market Student Debt offerings. You will deliver measurable growth results by keeping up with student debt industry trends, positioning our product’s advantages to the market, and articulating strategic vision to partners and executives. Your team builds Go-To-Market strategies (B2B2C) that create market awareness and demand for our new capabilities while taking advantage of Fidelity’s distribution scale. Your team also informs product prioritization and investment needs by evaluating strategy opportunities and helps govern coordination across business partners to accelerate sales growth. The Expertise You Have 15 years of go-to-market, startup strategy, consulting, or product management experience History of growing a new product or business in B2B and ideally B2B2C environments History of defining and evangelizing growth strategies History of leading cross-partner solutions in the face of ambiguity Proven track record of leading a dynamic team with a wide scope of responsibilities The Skills You’ll Use Ability to develop and implement go-to-market strategies that deliver measurable results Ability to identify, assess, and scope opportunities that lead to growth and scale Ability to build and improve governance routines that meet the need of our scaling business Ability to bring together multi-functional partners to achieve common goals Ability to craft compelling data-driven narratives for a wide range of audiences Desire to join an accountable, dynamic, and collaborative team of growth strategists, marketers, salespeople, and product leaders.
