Position : Vice President, Capital Markets & Operations

Compensation : Base with uncapped commission structure

Role Overview : Seasoned capital markets professional to drive deal execution while gradually improving operational excellence for our boutique advisory firm. Working alongside our Director of Capital Markets to execute 12-14 active deals ($10MM-$50MM) while refining systems to scale our platform.

Core Responsibilities :

Deal Execution (85-90% initially)

Drive capital raising efforts across debt and equity platforms

Maintain active dialogue with capital allocators

Create and quality control investment memorandums

Own financial modeling and analysis

Ensure flawless execution through closing

Operational Growth (10-15% initially, expanding with success)

Uphold and refine deal management best practices

Improve workflow efficiency

Support team development

Drive quality standards

The Ideal Candidate :

Proven track record in real estate capital markets

Strong financial and analytical capabilities

Natural problem solver who sees operational opportunities

Self-starter with attention to detail
