What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller NC position at FIELD CONTROLS, LLC?
Essential Job Functions :
- Manage Accounting and Finance personnel, responsibilities, and career development.
- Responsible for the integrity of periodic financial reporting. Provide an overview and analysis of results.
- Direct development of and adherence to annual budgets. Provide periodic forecasting as requested.
- Monitor and control cash flow through the approval of cash expenditures, purchase requisitions, Major Expenditure Authorizations (MEA’s), and customer and supplier payment terms.
- Contribute to the development of the strategic plan and in the execution of the business plan.
- Ensure the protection of Company assets by overseeing a system of strong internal controls.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
5 years of Management experience.
10 years of accounting experience.
Previous experience in Manufacturing settings.
Skills and Specifications :
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, internal and external, oral and written.
Strong Excel skills.
Experience with Business Systems Software – MSD365 preferred.
