DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for providing personal care and delegated nursing services designed to maintain the clients physical and emotional wellbeing in assisted and independent living.
· Adaptability and flexibility in dealing with changing situations, residents, and their families.
· Positive and pleasant manner with ability to demonstrate good judgment, observation, and communication skills.
· Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document the oral and/or topical medications that are commonly used in this facility and that may be ordered for resident use by the attending physician.
· Charting in resident health record
· Assisting residents with their ADL's
· Following instructions from the Registered and Licensed nurses
· Following all policies and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
