Brand Ambassador

Field Day Brewing Co., the first and only brewery in North Liberty, IA is looking for a Brand Ambassador located in or near Dubuque, IA to join our team.

As a Brand Ambassador you will play a critical role in representing Field Day Brewing Co. in our Dubuque, Iowa market. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring that our products are well merchandised, providing training and support to retail staff, and driving sales growth. This role requires a dynamic, outgoing individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

What is Field Day Brewing Co.? Field Day Brewing Co. is the first and only brewing in North Liberty, IA, excited to reframe & disrupt the traditional view on breweries by bringing exciting opportunities paired with world-class beer. We brew everything from Hazy IPA’s ? big and bold stouts ? overly-fruited sours. While we don’t like pigeon-holing ourselves into one specific category, our 4 vessel, custom brewhouse and cereal cooker allows us to specialize in German and Czech lagers. IE: the light & crispy stuff that is super sessionable.

In addition to our amazingly brewed beverages, we offer a full-service menu carefully constructed and prepared on-site. A great place for our customers to unwind and enjoy a night out.

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: Starts at 1 day per week (around 8 hours), with room for growth into additional territories.

Job Responsibilities

• Regularly visit all accounts where our products are sold in the Dubuque, IA territory to ensure optimal merchandising, deliver marketing materials, and provide staff training.
• Work closely with our distributors to ensure performance meets our standards, tackle any issues, and support the introduction of new products.
• Actively sell additional products during account visits and look for new opportunities to expand our market presence.

• Collaborate with our social media and marketing teams to plan and execute tasting events at retail locations.
• Engage with restaurants, bars, grocery chains, c-stores, tobacco outlets, salons, and other partners to strengthen relationships and drive brand loyalty.
• Coordinate with the social media department to ensure timely and effective promotion of products and events.

• Ambitious, outgoing, and customer service-driven with strong interpersonal skills.
• High level of communication skills with the ability to sell products effectively.
• Innovative and hardworking, with a passion for improving processes and outcomes.
• Knowledge of beer is preferred, though training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to travel within distributor territories

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must reside within the Dubuque, IA area or be willing to relocate
• Must have reliable transportation and a clear driving record
  • This role requires reliable transportation and the ability to drive to various locations, including client sites, events, or company meetings as needed. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are essential.
  • Gas and/or mileage will be reimbursed.
• Must be able to pass the Iowa Program for Alcohol Compliance Training
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
