We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager / Estimator to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.
Position Summary :
The Construction Project Manager / Estimator will support project estimating, bidding, and construction administration for apartment communities with total construction costs exceeding $60 million. They will work closely with their supervisor and team members to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform estimating, bidding, and construction administration.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Communicate with team members, contractors, and design professionals to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and status reports.
- Ensure that subcontractors comply with construction documents, applicable regulations, and construction contracts.
