You must have excellent verbal and written skills. You must also have problem-solving and analytical skills and be comfortable dealing with customer deadlines and demands.
Essential Functions:
- High volume of Inbound / Outbound calls
- Proper handling of incoming orders via fax, email and phone
- Distribution of orders according to shipment date
- Resolving customer complaints/concerns in a timely manner
- Invoicing by route according to dispatch schedules
Qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service experience (Preferred)
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Prior customer service experience in the produce industry is a plus
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)(Preferred)
Shift Needed:
6:00pm - 12:00am
Sunday - Friday
Wednesday & Saturday Off
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
