We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented legal administrative assistant to join our team. As a member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our attorneys and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our law office.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Perform tasks such as data entry, document scanning, and filing to assist with the preparation and review of legal documents.
- Organize and maintain files, paperwork, and digital documents in accordance with firm policies and procedures.
- Manage billing, expenses, and office finances by processing payments, reconciling accounts, and tracking receipts.
Requirements
- No prior experience or education in law is necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role is essential.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are required.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not necessary.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite, are helpful but not essential.
