Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate infant/toddler Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. Your role will involve developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, providing individualized attention to each child, and fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement lesson plans based on the curriculum guidelines - Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for children - Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs - Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities - Conduct regular assessments to track children's progress - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment - Maintain a clean and organized classroom Experience: - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred - Knowledge of classroom management techniques - Familiarity with special education principles is a plus - Experience in tutoring or working with students one-on-one is beneficial - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to create engaging lessons that promote learning in various subjects, including math - Understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate practices - Experience in daycare or toddler care settings is advantageous - Knowledge of curriculum development is desirable We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
