SUMMARY: Provides clerical support to various bank departments as assigned in all administrative related activities. The position may work with highly sensitive and confidential employee and customer information.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED (unless still in High School)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and other computer skills
- Must be a logical thinker with strong problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Dependable, accurate, and flexible with assignments
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides clerical support to the various departments as assigned (Finance, Accounting, Trust, Retail, and Lending).
- Handle confidential and non-routine information. Maintain confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters.
- Act as a project manager for special projects, which may include planning and coordinating and disseminating information.
- Create and maintain various database and spreadsheet files, including tracking of internal programs.
- Compose notices, prepare agendas and minutes, and assist with corporate documentation for various departments under close supervision.
- Reconcile accounts and expense reimbursements.
- Sort, open and distribute administrative department mail. Determine level of priority and take appropriate action.
