Building relationships : Collaborate with a dedicated team to support providers through the enrollment process, annual recertification, and access to essential training resources.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities :
Quality Assurance Visits (50%) : Conduct on-site compliance visits, provide education and training, and document findings.
Provider Support Services (35%) : Assist with enrollment, recertification, technical support, temperature excursion response, and training.
Team Operations Support (5%) : Contribute to training materials, policy development, and process improvement.
Service Delivery and Professional Development (5%) : Participate in continuing education and training opportunities.
Other duties as assigned (5%) : Support vaccine-preventable disease outbreak response efforts.
Required Qualifications :
Valid Indiana Driver's License and reliable transportation.
High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 4 years of related experience; or 2-year degree and 2 years of experience; or 4-year degree and 1 year of experience.
Excellent customer service, client / case management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with quality assurance activities, technical assistance, and training.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Desired Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in community health, public health, or a related field.
Immunization program experience, including knowledge of vaccine storage and handling.
Experience working independently in a remote / telework setting.
