Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Structural Engineer to oversee project designs from concept through construction. This role involves delivering engineering services, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project goals are met efficiently. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute projects with minimal oversight. Develop conceptual designs and construction drawings for complex projects. Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and trade partners to ensure design success. Provide field engineering support, including troubleshooting, trade coordination, and scheduling. Perform calculations and prepare installation packages for equipment anchorage, vibration isolation, seismic bracing, and structural supports. Verify existing structures for equipment replacements and design supplemental steel supports as needed. Create templates and standardized designs for efficient and cost-effective solutions. Manage time and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Structural or Civil Engineering. PE license preferred (or ability to obtain it). 3 years of experience in structural engineering or seismic bracing. Proficient in drafting tools such as AutoCAD or Revit; 3D modeling experience is a plus. Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, building codes, and seismic design.
