Overview
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring smooth operation of all IT systems. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Duties

• Provide desktop support for hardware and software issues across various operating systems, including Mac OS and Linux.
• Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.
• Utilize tools such as SCCM for software deployment and system management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
• Document and track support requests using Jira, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Communicate effectively with users to understand their technical challenges and provide clear solutions.
• Maintain an organized inventory of IT equipment and assist with computer management tasks.

Skills

• Proficiency in desktop support across multiple operating systems (Windows, Mac OS, Linux).
• Familiarity with IT management tools such as SCCM and Jira.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory for user account management.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Experience with office environments and the ability to adapt to various IT challenges.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and improving existing processes.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week

• Help desk: 1 year (Preferred)
• Windows: 1 year (Preferred)
