What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Support Representative position at Fieldale Farms / Springer Mtn. Farms?
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process orders: via fax, email or EDI
- Enter orders into computer system.
- Make delivery appointments
- Check and file orders.
- Back up for other positions as needed.(when others are out for vacation and sick days)
- Answer phones within Customer Service Department.
- Normal work hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED), or two years of directly related experience and / or office experience.
- Office skills required.
- Microsoft & Excel
- Computer data entry proficiency required.
- Effective written and oral communication skills and problem solving skills desired.
- Multi-tasking
