About the Role :
As Fieldguide's Director, Corporate Marketing, you'll be at the helm of defining and elevating Fieldguide's brand presence and voice. Reporting to our VP Marketing, you'll lead transformative brand campaigns and strategic communications that resonate across our audience. From crafting compelling narratives to executing multi-channel campaigns, you will help shape how Fieldguide is perceived globally while driving meaningful business outcomes.
What You'll Do : Brand Generation
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that strengthen the company's market position and drive business growth
- Design, launch, and manage large-scale brand campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social, print, and experiential
- Lead creative development and execution of campaigns that build brand awareness, preference, and loyalty
- Oversee brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints and materials
- Lead the evolution of brand identity, voice, and positioning in response to market dynamics
- Direct the creation and maintenance of brand assets and marketing collateral
- Monitor brand health metrics and campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data
- Manage campaign budgets and resource allocation to maximize ROI
