Tree climber trainee requirements:

• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Tree/landscape industry experience preferred, but not required. This is a trainee position, if you are willing to learn, we will show you the ropes.
• Ability to drive company vehicles, such as bigger trucks that tow equipment.
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Key responsibilities:

• Provide best-in-class tree and shrub pruning/trimming, removals, ground operation and cleanup for residential and commercial clients
• Maintain safe work practices and standards
• Work with customers to provide high quality service and satisfaction

The tree climber trainee position:

• Will receive required equipment, training on ground crew operations, proper pruning and tree removal techniques, safe tree climbing procedures, and other key concepts related to tree maintenance
• Includes medical and dental benefits after 60 day interim period
• Bonus program, room for growth, and more

This position starts at $20.00/hour with immediate availability for increase based on skills and job performance. Benefits include medical, dental, and more, after the interim period.
