Service Receptionist

We are seeking a Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude.

This individual will receive calls into the dealerships service department, we will cross train the receptionist to be able to assist with several positions in our service department

HOURS : Monday - Friday 9 : 00am - 6 : 00pm & Saturday 7 : 00 - 4 : 00pm, 1 day off during the week.

Starting rate is 18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and assist our guests
  • Handle customer questions and concerns diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
  • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
  • New responsibilities will be added over time
  • Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
  • Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently

    • Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus but we do on-the-job training!
  • Willingness to learn
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
