Job Overview
As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day aspects of our marketing strategy. This role combines creative, administrative, and analytical tasks. You’ll work closely with our marketing lead to support our company’s inbound, outbound, and account-based marketing (ABM) efforts.
This is a versatile role in a growing marketing department. We’re looking for a self-starter to support our marketing efforts and help shape this role. We value the right fit over meeting every requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the marketing lead to support content creation, distribution, and overall brand awareness, outreach, marketing goals, and strategy
- Schedule and publish blog posts, press releases, and articles
- Manage the social media calendar, write and schedule posts, and stay updated on industry news to inform social strategy
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) efforts and sales enablement through research, data management, content distribution, reporting, and other tasks as assigned
- Assist in HubSpot data entry, campaign set-up, form creation, automation/workflows, and reporting
- Monitor and report on website performance, SEO, campaigns, and social engagement
- Conduct market research to identify competitor activities, industry trends, and customer preferences
- Assist in internal and external presentations as needed
- Maintain marketing documentation and organize files
- Support internal communication efforts to ensure teams are informed of marketing activities
- Assist with planning logistics for trade shows, webinars, and company events
- Order branded merchandise as needed for internal and external purposes
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendors such as print companies, trade show logistics, etc.
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Minimal travel required for trade shows, events, and client on-site visits
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, PR, Communications, or related field
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with one or more of the following (or similar) tools: HubSpot, SEMrush, Trello, Google Analytics, Figma
- Experience with Google Ads, content marketing, and/or copywriting is a plus
- Communication skills: Must be able to communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
- Project management skills: Must be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
- Collaboration skills: Must be able to work within the marketing department and across teams to reach common goals.
- Critical thinking skills: Must be able to work independently as needed with the ability to solve problems creatively and make data-driven decisions.
- Professional development skills: Must be proactive in professional growth – consistently advancing hard and soft skills necessary for the role.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
