Job Overview

As a Multimedia Designer, you’ll be responsible for bringing our visual identity to life. This role focuses on developing visually engaging content across mediums while maintaining brand consistency, aligning with business objectives, and staying within budget and deadlines. You’ll work closely with our marketing lead to support our company’s inbound, outbound, and account-based marketing (ABM) efforts.

This is a dynamic role in a growing marketing department. We’re looking for a self-starter to own our visual brand and help shape this role. We value the right fit over meeting every requirement.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce engaging content through videography, photography, and design
  • Script, shoot, edit, and produce videos for marketing purposes, including product overviews, explainer videos, webinars, social media, sales support, etc.
  • Design digital and print assets, including ads, web elements, event materials, collateral, email, etc.
  • Develop and maintain visual brand guidelines
  • Create and maintain a video library, both on our website and YouTube
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
  • Interview internal and external subjects for content marketing
  • Work collaboratively across departments to gather subject matter expert (SME) insights to assist in content creation and our ongoing knowledge base
  • Support account-based marketing (ABM) efforts and sales enablement through custom content development
  • Assist in developing presentation decks as needed across the company
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to inform content decisions
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and technology within budget to improve our multimedia setup and workflow
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
  • Minimal travel required for trade shows, events, and on-site shoots

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience and a portfolio showcasing your abilities
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with HubSpot, Figma, and/or Trello is a plus
  • Experience with web design and/or animation is a plus
  • Communication skills: Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively interview internal and external subjects.
  • Time management skills: Must be accountable with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines while consistently moving projects forward.
  • Collaboration skills: Must be able to work within the marketing department and across teams to reach common goals.
  • Critical thinking skills: Must be able to work independently as needed with the ability to problem-solve and prioritize tasks.
  • Professional development skills: Must be proactive in professional growth – consistently advancing hard and soft skills necessary for the role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
