The Assistant Client Manager (ACM) works in partnership with the Client Manager (CM) to coordinate with Architects, Designers and Technicians, and is responsible for product quality as well as communication between clients and internal product and production teams. The ACM in partnership with the project coordinator oversees multiple projects to ensure completion of the project scope.
Key Responsibilities
Project Focus :
- Define scope of work (project brief).
- Assist in creation of client proposals, budgets and invoicing.
- Communicate client standards.
- Overall project quality control.
- Project set-up, file, and folder preparation.
- Project discipline coordination.
- Communicate client redlines to team.
- Assists in the preparation and execution of consultant contracts.
- Responsible for communication with vendors, and contractors to ensure incorporation, and coordination of all information into the project and provides support as necessary.
- Support procurement for projects.
- Project discipline coordination of small / quick turn projects.
- Assist client manager in external communications, including email triage.
- Work with client manager to get signed add-services.
- Participate in and manage client bi-weekly meetings.
- Quality Assurance overflow.
- Consistently apply Fieldstones Quality Control procedures and takes ownership of their work.
- Maintain FAE standards for file and folder management (including submittals, RFIs and other project records both electronic and paper).
- Comply with Fieldstone and client-specific standards (CAD, File Management, etc.).
- Shares, tracks, and coordinates electronic documentation and files with the project team, clients and consultants.
