At Fieldstone, we believe in supporting our staff to succeed. Our hospital manager, Lauren, ensures our team has all the resources they need, while Dr. Brenner offers patient and flexible mentorship to his associates. Plus, we love to unwind with occasional karaoke parties!
Our ideal candidate will work to promote this positive culture, communicate effectively with our dedicated clientele, and deliver top-quality medical care. We are looking for a part-time Veterinarian (DVM) who can seamlessly integrate into our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional care.
- Clinical Skills Required: Surgical experience is preferred but mentorship is available. We are looking for a DVM with skills in soft tissue surgery, dentistry, ultrasound, and other core veterinary procedures.
- Caseload & Patient Volume: The hospital is consistently busy, and a DVM should expect to see between 12-20 appointments per day.
- Work Schedule Expectations: A Saturday rotation is required. We are not currently open late at night and operate on 15–30-minute appointments, allowing for a great work-life balance.
- Flexible Part-Time Schedule: Enjoy a work-life balance tailored to your needs.
- Mentorship Opportunities: Ideal for a new graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive setting. This is a very collaborative hospital, and mentorship is readily available from our experienced DVM team.
