Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales representative to support dealers and manage sales activities within the area. This position will require visiting and retaining current dealers as well as growing the business to new gun shops throughout the country. Candidate will be based out of our Headquarters, but will be required to travel up to 30-40% of the time. The responsibilities of the sales rep include growing our dealer business, maintaining client relationships, overseeing the sales process, account management, and act as the point of contact for the company. To be successful the candidate should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, be proficient with spreadsheets and CRM systems for order entry and customer management. We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills.
Duties
- Managing and growing accounts for long term success.
- Establish a good relationship with current dealers and future customers.
- Track past and future sales through analyzing reports and sales trends to aid in the sales process.
- Attending and coordinating Sales events within the area.
Qualifications
- Business, marketing, or similar degree preferred.
- 5 years’ experience in a sales position in the shooting sports industry.
- Knowledge & experience in Microsoft excel and other Office applications.
- Knowledge of sales metrics.
- Motivated to grow sales and reach goals.
- Ability to problem solve.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
This is an on-site position based at our Redmond, Utah headquarters. *No Remote Work*. This will require lots of travel across the country to visit dealers. This individual may be asked to attend some industry trade shows.
