THIS OPPORTUNITY IS FOR LOCAL STAFF ONLY! We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic teammates to join us for the 2025 Super Bowl Experience at the Morial Convention Center (MCCNO)! As a Fierce teammate, you will help create unforgettable fan experiences by engaging with attendees, assisting with event activities, and ensuring everyone enjoys their time at the event. You'll need to bring great energy, a positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills as you navigate large crowds and stand for extended periods. Job Description : Key Responsibilities : Engage with fans and ensure they have an exceptional experience. Provide helpful information and customer service to attendees. Assist with crowd control, event flow, and answering fan inquiries. Be approachable, friendly, and enthusiastic in a fast-paced environment. Ensure all event activities run smoothly by supporting various teams as needed. Qualifications : Basic customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable working in large crowds and high-energy environments. Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours). Must be available to work at least four (4) shifts from Sunday, February 2, 2025, to Saturday, February 8, 2025. In-Person Training Options (Choose 1) : February 2, 2025 : 10AM - 1PM or 2PM - 5PM February 4, 2025 : 2PM - 5PM Scheduling Needs : February 6, 2025 : 11AM - 4PM February 6, 2025 : 2PM - 10PM February 8, 2025 : 8AM - 4PM February 8, 2025 : 2PM - 10PM Local candidates only – no travel accommodations provided. Schedule & Availability : Shifts will be scheduled throughout the event week. You must be available to work a minimum of four (4) shifts during the Super Bowl Experience.
