Fiesta KIA is looking for a self-starting individual with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude to join our team in the important and supportive role of Finance Manager. Must have current finance experience and ability to contract and bill an average of 60 deals.
We are now the new #1 volume KIA dealership in NM and need to add the right person to this fast growing team.
The ideal candidate will be a person who is organized and can manage their time effectively, manage their workload efficiently, and provide an amazing customer service experience to all of our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers and provide them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties as well as a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
- Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments.
- Seek new lending institutions and maintain good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
- Process financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approval through financial sources and the proper federal, state and corporate channels.
- Create and maintain a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.
- Train and provide the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs.
Requirements:
- Adheres to company F & I policies and procedures
- Attends sales and management meetings
- Obtains and maintains CSI scores at or above company standards
- Complies with Federal, State, Local, and Company laws, rules, and regulations
- Builds relationships with lenders
- Provides excellent customer service to all customers
Qualifications:
- One year minimum dealership finance experience
- Organized and able to produce accurate and complete paperwork.
- Possess excellent time management skills and strong multi-tasking ability
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and have a strong work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and staff
- Professional appearance
- Must exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screening

Pay: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
