Position: Insurance Agent/CSR/Broker/Tax Prep
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our company’s book of business by selling a variety of insurance policies to both new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:
Sales: Present and sell various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.
Client Solutions: Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients’ needs.
Customer Service: Resolve client inquiries and complaints efficiently.
Networking: Expand business reach through effective networking techniques.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to insurance standards and regulations.
Follow-ups: Track and identify areas for improvement and follow up with existing clientele.
Qualifications:
Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Excel, Word). Excellent written and verbal communication skills (bilingual in English and Spanish preferred). Prior customer service experience. Strong ability to prioritize and multitask. Flexible schedule availability. Reliable transportation.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
