Spanish Speaking Auto Insurance Sales Agent

Position Overview:
As a sales agent you will, drive performance, and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded. You will play a pivotal role in developing strategies, coaching team members, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Assist client with selecting and purchasing auto insurance polices tailored to their needed.
- Provide Excellent customer service
- Educate customers on insurance options coverage benefits and policy terms
- handel policy renewl amendments
- Collaborate with leadership to align office goals with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and community members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Non Standard auto insurance industry or related fields.
- speak fluent in Spanish
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- self motivated, Responsible
- Active insurance licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain).
