As a valued member of Fiesta, you will have the opportunity to work with over 40 top insurance carriers, offering coverage for auto, home, business, and more. Not only will you gain valuable sales experience, but you will also have the chance to assist customers with income tax preparation services.
This position is responsible for managing 3-4 sales in our Galt office. We need to be on track or prioritze office daily / monthly goals. Training agents and keeping them on track to ensure they are progressing each day. Core Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain client relations and manage client accounts.
- Process client renewals
- Strive to retain accounts and assist as needed on new business sales.
- Analyze accounts for coverage gaps.
- Thoroughly document accounts using the agency’s management systems
- Follow agency’s workflows & standards.
- Continue growth of insurance knowledge and stay informed of changes in the insurance industry.
- Assist in training of other employees.
- Backup other employees as assigned.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned.
