Key Responsibilities

- Perform filing and auditing duties, ensuring all customer records and transactions are up-to-date and error-free.
- Engage in outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, offer support, and address any outstanding concerns.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to maintain professionalism and clarity in all customer communications.
- Analyze customer feedback and transaction data to identify patterns and improve service delivery.
- Proactively assist customers in a friendly, efficient manner, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.

- Ensure all financial transactions are conducted securely and in line with company standards and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent spanish speaker
- Proven experience in customer service or client support roles, with a strong emphasis on payment processing and administrative tasks.
- Excellent cash handling skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to analyze customer needs, provide clear solutions, and effectively manage inquiries.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and maintaining a professional, friendly tone during customer interactions.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience with filing, auditing, and financial transactions is highly desirable.
