Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated, highly organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service

Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless customer experience through a combination of tasks such as filing, auditing, and processing payments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction in every interaction.
  • Accurately handle and process payments, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform filing and auditing duties, ensuring all customer records and transactions are up-to-date and error-free.
  • Engage in outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, offer support, and address any outstanding concerns.
  • Utilize effective phone etiquette to maintain professionalism and clarity in all customer communications.
  • Analyze customer feedback and transaction data to identify patterns and improve service delivery.
  • Proactively assist customers in a friendly, efficient manner, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and ensure smooth workflow in the department.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are conducted securely and in line with company standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications

  • Must be fluent spanish speaker
  • Proven experience in customer service or client support roles, with a strong emphasis on payment processing and administrative tasks.
  • Excellent cash handling skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs, provide clear solutions, and effectively manage inquiries.
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and maintaining a professional, friendly tone during customer interactions.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to contribute to customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience with filing, auditing, and financial transactions is highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
