Day-to-day responsibilities :
- Establishing and maintaining customer relationships by providing great customer service.
- Developing sales leads and scheduling appointments for insurance, taxes, and registration services.
- Educating customers on each type of insurance coverage and making recommendations based on their needs.
- Evaluating current insurance policies and recommending additional coverage when needed.
- Processing payments, renewals, and policy changes.
- Marketing and promoting our agency.
- Clerical duties : data entry, inbound / outbound calls, sending / receiving emails and faxes, etc.
Requirements :
The ideal Customer Service Sales Representative candidate will be self-motivated and take initiative to complete assigned tasks.
