In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, identifying and pursuing sales leads, and providing exceptional customer service to existing clients. No prior insurance sales experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your career.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be bi-lingual (fluent in English and Spanish), and have a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must also be willing to work weekends and holidays, as well as adhere to a stable work schedule that includes paid training and hands-on experience.
