Fiesta Auto Insurance is seeking a Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to establish and maintain customer relationships, educate customers on insurance coverage, and provide exceptional service.
No previous experience is required - we provide paid training and all the tools you need to succeed!
Day-to-day responsibilities :
- Establish and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent service
- Educate customers on insurance coverage and make recommendations
- Process payments, renewals, and policy changes
- Market and promote our agency
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry and handling calls / emails
Requirements :
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Willing to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License
- Open to learning and achieving excellent sales records
- Preferred : Bilingual
- Must have reliable transportation
- Availability : Monday-Sunday with flexible hours
