Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Prepare accurate individual tax returns using our user-friendly software.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns.
- Identify and explain tax credits and deductions applicable to each client.
- Review financial records such as income statements and documentation of expenses.
- Work closely with customers to ensure all necessary forms and paperwork are completed.
- Assist insurance clients with payments and inquiries.
- Market and promote our tax preparation services to grow client relationships.
