Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate individual tax returns using our user-friendly software.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns.
- Identify and explain tax credits and deductions applicable to each client.
- Review financial records such as income statements and documentation of expenses.
- Work closely with customers to ensure all necessary forms and paperwork are completed.
- Assist insurance clients with payments and inquiries.
- Market and promote our tax preparation services to grow client relationships.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be:
- A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to accuracy in every return.
- Willing to complete our paid training program to become proficient in tax preparation.
- Excited to pursue their insurance license for additional earning opportunities.
- Preferred: An experienced tax preparer with an established client base.
- Preferred: Bilingual.
- Able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
No experience is required—we’ll provide all the tools and resources you need to succeed!
Compensation and Benefits:
- Commission rates ranging from 7.5% to 20% on tax returns (not capped).
